Would the Kyoto-like Lieberman-McCain proposal have an adverse impact on the U.S. economy and do very little to address the potential problem of global warming?

Even the radical global warming 'scientist' admit that if everyone met Kyoto goals there would be virtually no reduction in global tempretures.
