Have the POTUS landing in San Bernardino after going on fire recon with the USFS. Put the POTUS in a USFS flight suit and have him land at San Bernardino Airport to address the people directly.

Are you for real? You want the president to pull a Grey Davis and pull resources out of the field and off their jobs, just to make himself look good on camera? He isn't going to do that.
