To support their medical claims, the SCHINDLERS attached affidavits from numerous doctors disputing the diagnosis of persistent vegetative state, the affidavit opinions based upon a brief trial videotape of the ward and her mother,and the ward’s then medical records.

The court ruled these “treatments” does not raise a colorable entitlement to relief because it lacks an essential predicate.
