According to the DoD there are an estimated 13,000 Muslims serving in the Armed Forces of the United States. The Commander in Chief should tell these servicemen and women that they aren't worthy of his respect for their religion?

He could simply thank them for their service, if he has to say anything at all.

BS. He should respect them AND their religious beliefs. As citizens of this nation they are entitled to as much religious freedom as you are. As serving members of the military they are also entitled to the respect they deserve.
