Today's movies are not what was origionally released.

Anyone remember these scenes from the origional DAVY CROCKETT KING OF THE WILD FRONTIER that have been cut from today's version of the movie?
Davy meets Thimblerig. He talks Davy into playing the thimbles. When he asks Davy to find the pea Davy simply reaches up and says the pea is under the middle thimble. Davy then turns over the right and left thimbles leaving only the middle thimble in place. The pea is not under the two outside thimbles so it must be under the middle thimble that Davy did NOT turn over. Thimblerig is caught in his own cheat. (cut from the modern release but in the origional release and the comic book).

At the Alamo..A bedriden Jim Bowie is taken into an inner room, one of the mexicans fighting with the texans points to a statue of the Madonna and says she will protect Jim. (Cut from the modern release.
