I just pray that he gets something done today! That was a good Florida Statute that you have, the problem is that no one is following the law. There are so many things that are obvious in this case and corruption in many of our courts is rampant.

I have seen this personally!

Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

*dance!!!!!!!!!!*

Hey folks... you know how I've been defending Jeb? How many have said that I shouldn't because you believe he's "just some country-club Republican"?

Well, I still defend Jeb. But if you're really slavering for a -real- RINO's blood, here's a guy who I think needs some serious deluging with emails.

It's from the worldnetdaily article, linked to here again:

http://worldnetdaily.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=35161

"Volunteers with the Terri Schindler-Schiavo Foundation have learned that Senate President Jim King is opposed to the bill and has said he would not present it to the upper house for a vote."

"According to his website, King is a member of the Florida Hospice Board of Directors and the Florida Task Force on Government-Financed Health Care, and is a recipient of the Hospice Hall of Fame Award."

"Last year he wrote an amendment to the Advanced Directives Law expanding the definition of "proxy."

"The way it reads now, a total and complete stranger that doesn't even know the patient, can come into the institution and say it's in the patient's best interest to die – that was his contribution to the law," said Pat Anderson, attorney for Terri's parents, Robert and Mary Schindler."

Potential conflict of interest -there- much?

Remember how I said you should save your anger and condemnation for those who are really to blame, for those who are really trying to kill Terri? Well, here's a nice fresh target, and I won't raise one single objection WHATSOEVER to skewering this Republican. Have at 'im, lads! Sick 'im! If he doesn't receive more hate mail than Bush has over the last few days, it would be a -sin-, dont'cha think?

His website is linked to from the worldnetdaily article. I'm sure there's -some- way from that website to let our *cough* feelings about his objection to saving Terri be known.
