I'm sorry you thought my post was in any way an attempt at humor. I was deadly serious. And as the wife of a triple bypass patient myself, I congratulate you and your hubby for having courage and strength to go through worse.

I know my fear when my husband was in surgery so I can only imagine multiplying it tenfold for a heart replacement.

If I offended you in any way, please accept my apology ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Its okay :) I was premature in my thoughts and should have stepped back and read farther down to understand the thoughts on the thread. It is a touchy subject for me, and I have read many posts (elsewhere) that have made light of the situation regarding letting her die in order to have her organs. To me that is just horrific, as much as I wanted a new heart for my daughter, I would have never wished the murder of another human being in order to get it (my daughters donor was a child abuse victim, so it hits very close to home for me).
