Becaue her "husband" apparently caused the injuries that have put her in this state, and he is presumably trying to avoid prosecution by keeping her out of the public eye and having her body cremated without autopsy. The only doctors he allows to observer her condition are ones who work for the "hospice" (more like an organ farm it seems) that his Lawyer was a leading board member of. This whole case reeks of corruption and lies, and seems patently evil.

Of course an honest and moral judge would have granted their petion a long time ago.

I'm afraid JEB and his league of lawyers already knew he could step so I'm betting he'll claim he has to have several days to look into it further and by then it'll be too late. I take it she's not getting water either? That means she has even less time, maybe only hours.
