Yes, I know you didn't make that comment. My cut and paste skills need improvement I guess.:)

But my comment was directed to you. My parents actually requested their attorneys to draft their living wills.

I'm here to say not to rely on them. The best thing to do, especially with older people, is to talk to them about the subject in some detail before they become seriously ill.

I totally agree, that is very good advice

When I had mine made up, I did make it so that not just one person could make that decision. However, with what has happened to Terry, I think I need to revise my Wills

LOL, while the docs are frantically whipping through a chart searching for info.....and not knowing which drug is "ok" to give or not.

It is the most complex situation in the world, when it happens in the ED.

DNR's are much simpler and easier to deal with.
