Taking painkillers to stop pain doesn't make you a sinner. C'mon... 5 years and two known failed attempts at tossing the monkey.
Look, this is what we know for sure... Rush has been addicted to opiates (same f'n thing as all those 'dirty' street analogues - morphine, heroin, opium) for upwards of 5 years. This wasn't pain management (see: cancer patients that use MJ) This was pure visceral pleasure seeking.
I will once again reiterate - I agree with about 70% of what Rush proselytized, but I never liked the man's delivery (It's my belief, that if you're REALLY good, you don't have to be cocky)

If Rush were doing this "week after week", you would think that the liberal media would be able to find something other than that 8-year old quote they keep re-using.

I could not bare to listen to Cavuto when he was all finance. Now that he has truly shown he is capable of handeling a broad range of subjects I must say I am a huge admirer.
Neil, I am sure suffers a lot of pain due to his own health conditions. Who better to comment on this subject than someone who has walked in Rush's shoes regarding pain.

I don't agree with everything Rush every said but I must say I agree with him 90% or more.
