What is missed as well is that if creating black districts is legal, so is creating white districts.
They should the exact same - no more, no less - than any other demographic.
These racially gerrymandered district produce non competitive races with Democrat machine politics brokered candidates that enable corrupt and insane extremist DEI losers like Jasmine Crockett, Ilhan Omar, Rashida Talib, Ayanna Pressley and Maxine Waters to win seats and become entrenched in Congress
This would reduce long drives for candidates and take politics completely out of it.

According to ChatGPT, half of current Black Congressmen & women are NOT from Section 2 districts. It means, Blacks could get elected anywhere in the country and such blantant captive districts are not needed any longer.

There is a right to representation - based on political beliefs and values NOT ON RACE. Race gives you no rights whatsoever!
Democratic elections are based on votes, not race. Anything else is tribal savagery, not freedom, not “democracy”, not rights and not Westen civilization.
