Yes - Pence did very well. The moderator cut him off before 2 minutes were up and she allowed Harris to go on beyond 2 minutes. Harris was extremely annoying. The moderator was annoying and unfair. Pence was excellent.

It's also clear that Harris favors packing the court.

My wife was actually using a timer, and saw the exact same thing. She attempted to cut Pence off before two minutes countless times, while Harris was usually allowed about 2:20 to 2:30 before being interrupted.
