This is more evidence that Trump is trying to run his campaign on the cheap and his reluctance to make the necessary investment in infrastructure is beginning to weigh on his campaign. If he refuses to spend the needed money on his primary campaign, why would anyone think he's going to spend $500 million of his own money on the general election?

Which also makes me believe that he'll never spend his own money to run independently if he doesn't get the nomination regardless of what he threatens. And there is no pac money supporting him.

Roger Stone is supposed to be managing a PAC for Trump but I have no idea how much money it holds or if they are actively soliciting donations. What's even more interesting is that most of the money Trump has used in his campaign has been made as loans to his campaign. Why, is he expecting others to repay these loans?

Trump is so "frugal" that he has neglected to maintain his organizations after each state contest. This is tripping over a dollar to pick up a dime and is one of the key reasons for his inability to win these many delegate skirmishes. He cannot win a national election without spending money. Twitter and national media attention isn't going to work long term.
