Even a lazy person knows that Cruz can't raise money for a Super PAC or PAC. And even if they did that illegal act, which everyone would know about, the funds can't be comingled. PACs and SuperPacs have their own money men who raise the money and manage the money, completely separate from Cruz' money that is raised and spent by his team. This money is called hard money which is in the campaign's bank account and has no association with PAC money.
Even if they coordinated together, which would be illegal, the notion that the money is comingled is truly a felonious exercise punishable by huge fines and jail terms.
Democrats are corrupt to the core, but even they don't comingle funds and the campaign's Treasurer would never even attempt to do so.
The FEC audits every single cent managed and spent by Cruz and every other candidate. Yes, even pencils bought for 50 cents a piece are audited. Campaigns would be completely reckless if they even thought about comingling funds. There would definitely be jail time involved. So no, Neil Bush is only managing the money raised by Cruz and his team of fund raisers and that are given in the form of hard money. That is the only money that Cruz is allowed to spend himself.
If Cruz wanted to break the law, he would use someone other than Neil Bush, probably someone who is not officially associated with his campaign. If you are going to break the law, one would never be so blatant.
I'm only trying to help you understand how it works. I have been here long enough to know when a poster like you, just posts the same verbiage over and over and it is only a sentence or two with zero explanation to back up your belief, it is always BS and you have no idea that which you write.
I'm sure that they dot the i's and cross the t's, because of the so called law. If you don't think they know how to drive a truck through the loopholes of the law, I feel sorry for you.
If you actually are naive enough to believe that the candidates don't coordinate with the PAC's, I have this bridge to sell you and Nigerian bank account for you to send your first payment.
