It's almost impossible to comfortably read some articles what with all the hieroglyphics still infecting FR. So I didn't read this one which was particularly bad.
Never a word of explanation or hope, really bugs me.

Jim Robinson has posted that he is aware of the problem, and that John is working on it. However, FR has been having character set problems since at least last October.
As for hope, I hope John hasn't given up.

I am with you ... can’t read a lot of the articles posted due the weird symbol stuff. Really keeps my FR time down. sigh
