Sorry, but I don’t want him buried on the Supreme Court at such a young age .. when he has so much more to offer America.
He does have a lot to offer and is young. I just think he would be an excellent originalist like Scalia, which we need.
Good point. The thing about Cruz is that he would be great in several roles. God willing he has a long career using his talents to serve our country.
I think that some day he would be excellent in the SC but he also would be a superb AG. He would be wasted staying in the Senate or as VP. I don’t see him garnering any support for majority leader. The Senate is too full of GOPE and he has few friends there. I cannot imagine Trump as the kind of guy to appreciate being “schooled” in anything.
