Years ago, we had polls on FR but they were private and the results were posted when they closed. A lot of people are hesitant to or don't want to commit or reveal in public.

A private poll is probably more accurate as to the real feelings of our freepers.

There are sites where one can create a poll. Is that what you suggest?

I remember those FR polls. IIRC, they assessed the results by FReepers and by guests.

I questioned Jim and John when they quit those polls. But I don’t know why they quit them. I found them instructive.

In the fwiw dept., I will tell the whole world who I support, to wit: Cruz (where most of our donations go), and Walker (who gets less of the budgeted donations).

That's were my/our support is now.

I like Trump, but he doesn't accept donations.
