Costa Rica looks pretty good right now. You can actually drink a beer outside your home without breaking some law. Believe it or not, it's true.
I can drink a beer outside my home in SC. I don't need to leave the US to do that. Not sure where you are, but maybe you need another town or state. We've got to stand our ground somewhere. Pick some ground and defend it.
