The FOX news panel praised Obama’s speech that night. It was sickening.

Sarah Palin, on the other hand, chose to respond to the atrocity by proclaiming that she was the victim of a "blood libel,"
And of course, she was correct.
This is simply another turn at bashing Mrs. Palin simply because they can and they have an agenda.
Obama's speech was presented in a totally different context as that of Mrs. Palin's, and instead of actually acknowledging this reality, they brush it aside to once again simply bash her.
The sad reality is, there are more than enough politically ignorant voters in this country who will actually believe such tripe without bothering to research reality or comprehend such.

All opinions aside, looking at Rasmussen lately, Obama has been steadily up and nearly going positive. After the State Of The Union Show, I expect Obama to go into positive territory for a while.
The Amerikan Publik is too fickle to know any better. Just what Obama says is what drives publik opinion. It's painfully true. It will take several months of complete economic failure and inflation related increases to change what image the publik has of Obama. The MSM will see to it.

I have never really understood (or believed) that people change their opinions as quickly as the polls change. I would love to see polls that actually polled the same people over and over. Does anyone do that?

Palin, of course, responded to the explicit accusation that she was responsible fit the Tucson murders. She responded to the accusation about her culpablity not the murders themselves.

I’m not sold on Palin, but I sincerely hope that W was the last Bush we ever have to deal with again.

“Sarah Palin, on the other hand, chose to respond to the atrocity by proclaiming that she was the victim of a “blood libel,” attacked by evil meanies on the television set, when there was no evidence that her actions had anything to do with the actions of the loon who committed the atrocity. Factually true enough, I would say. But who cares? And why bother even mentioning it? It couldn’t be less important. It couldn’t be more self-absorbed. “
What a friggin’ idiot. “Who cares?” Yeah. Why would anyone possibly CARE that they’re being accused of being responsible for someone murdering a bunch of innocent people?

They likely hope Jeb will become the dark horse, keeping their dynasty in place. In second place would be Mitt Romney.
Either way, saying this kind of insanity in a major publication, from "a respected republican" gives the media big lie that somehow this was Palin's fault greater viability.
Despicable. The Bush circle is not helping itself in any way here.
Check the comments below the article, one major dork is claiming it's her fault, a fair amount of people are saying how dumb it is, even those who don't want her to become president.
I clicked "like" or "dislike" in the first dozen comments. FReep the comments!!

He turned the memorial into a political rally including campaign Tshirts.

So let me get this straight. Palin is minding her own business when and after the the shootings happen.
And then rabid commentators make comments unjustly linking her to the shootings.
Next, Palin responds that those attempts to link her are detestable.
And Palin is somehow the one who deserves criticism?

More evidence that the whole Bush crowd is far, far more comfortable with Obama and his leftist agenda than with Palin and the Tea Party folks. Damn. Worse than I even imagined.
