LESS liberal. those that would sacrifice CA on the altar by voting for McClintock, harbor some serious delusions if they think that a state like CA could go from the leftwing cesspool that it is, to a bastion of conservatism. it is unrealistic and foolhardy, IMO. Right you are! Incrementally is the only way to get conservatism back into California. Much of the state has made a hard left turn since Ronald Regan, and that trend will take time and patience to reverse.
