Trospers. Actually, there's getting to be more and more...Farrelli's out in Lacey, the place down on 4th Ave. that's just opened under new management (name skips me) and even the Red Robin on the westside.

I think we were both trying to "add on" to a Hobbit joke rendered by Tim (the other fellow in the photos) -- at the same time. Essentially, trying to one up each other with dry and laconic comment (commonplace in our household).

At the mall (set off about 100 yards across the parking lot), near where you turn in to go to Ace Hardware (which many moons ago used to be the westside Ernst).

No, the 4th Ave Tav is still the same -- this place is more toward where the Sound and Lake meet (to the west of 4th Ave Tav by about 5 blocks).

Trospers is your sister's hangout on Trosper Road in Tumwater. Near the MegaFoods, Barnes Lake and the new Fred Meyer (Trosper Road freeway exit).

Trospers is what used to be the Tumwater Inn and Iron Skillet in Tumwater.

And Scott, since you were so nice up there, I will keep your secret about the dressing.

Nope, Budd Bay Cafe is due north of there about 3-4 blocks. This place used to have kind of an Irish feel to it, and was right next to a used record store and some really tiny second hand clothes store (Greener stores) downtown. On the corner of 4th and Washington. It went under for tax evasion, but a new owner bought it and it has a pretty decent bar.
