I'm not a lawyer, but I can not imagine how the state can fight this particular defense when their own enforcement agents can't tell the difference between tobacco smoke and the smoke from a non-tobacco containing cigarette.

I can see the antis in January trying to change the language of the law to get around this, but then they will open an entire other can of worms and will most likely shoot themselves in the foot.

Miss Rika, tomorrow we get the effects of your hurricane. Thank goodness. It's been over 110 here for the past three weeks. Yesterday and the day before it was over 115. 'Nuf to kill ya. But tomorrow we'll drop over 10 degrees.

I told everyone when I was bragging about our winter weather that I would pay for it in the summer, and, dang, this year we've broken record after record.
