In order that we might all raise the level of discourse and expand our language abilities, here is the daily post of “word for the day”. Rules: Everyone must leave a post using the “word of the day”; in a sentence. The sentence must, in some way, relate to the news of the day. The Review threads are linked for your edification. ;-) Practice makes perfect.....post on....

Either my potassium is too low (i've been having symptoms of that recently) or I overworked the muscle rocking lydia for 3 hours straight the other night when the muscle cramped up to begin with. So he told me to start drinking my carnation instant breakfast again (it has a lot of potassium and magnesium in it) and gave me the pain pills for short term remedy for the pain. I had a severe potassium problem after eric was born because a moron quack doctor in TN gave me a water pill to lower my blood pressure (it was high for 5 mths after he was born even though not during pregnancy) while I was also breastfeeding and never told me to take potassium supplements. That ended me up in the hospital with my heartrate down to 40something and my blood pressure up to 170/119 after he took me off the water pill. The moron doctor back then actually told me all my symptoms were just from "nerves." The ER doc that fixed me said my heart could've stopped if I hadn't gone in the night he found the potassium problem. The moron doctor actually had the nerve to come in my room the next day and said "you are just going to have to trust me to fix this." It was the most painful experience of my life because when they replaced the potassium every muscle in my body cramped and I couldn't move my hands or fingers from a fixed position from the cramping. Soooo since I'm having signs of the potassium problem again I have to start working on the problem before it gets as bad as it did last time.

I swear I still wish I had sued that doctor in TN after he screwed up so bad. Even the nurses thought he was a moron for that screw up. Especially since I had a 3mth old baby at the time that almost lost his momma.

What a horrible story.

Glad to hear you caught it early.

And thanks for the tip on the carnation instant breakfast - I don't like bananas and my husband keeps telling me he thinks I need more potassium. the CIB I do like.

He's a wonderful Daddy - and there is no doubt she is daddy's girl.

And she had her cake and candles and ice cream with all of her friends today.

I don't think I'm going to show her the picture I found earlier - just in case that deal falls through. but we will explain to her that she is going to get a puppy and then we'll take her with us when we go to the SPCA on Saturday.

I'm still standing in the hall for telling lulabelle to shut up when she tried to make me cry yesterday. Everytime Jim Rob walks by I hide in my locker.

This might make you feel better, Flurry. Remember those awful Matt Helm movies with Dean Martin? Remember his "secretary", Lovey Cravesit? She was born in Canada in 1945, went by the name of Beverly Adams, until she married Vidal Sassoon. (Well, I guess someone had to).

The pictures won't post here, but go here, and check out how she looks today. Especially the Beverly today (1) picture. Zowie!

Remeber Shillery's book cover when you post old lady photos. Of course Beverly looked good to start with which I can't say about Shill. Shill was yuck as a young shemale.
