I agree, it sets a new standard for ugly in its class. The Pontiac Aztec holds this standard in Sport UTE class. If my dog looked like either of those vehicles I'd have to shave her behind and teach her to walk backwards.

Butt ugly, IMHO. Well, that's what makes horse races. I think the comic-book movies have been having an effect. I was surprised at the retro appearance of both the Prowler and the PT Cruiser, but I could see Green Lantern and the Hornet prowling the mean streets in a car that looked like this.
Movies like The Rocketeer, Dick Tracy, and Batman recalled the 40's comic books and the cars that those artists used to draw, and now someone has executed those old dream cars in sheet metal. The Cord sedans also come to mind.
