Only one top seed is heading to New Orleans. South No. 1 Texas beat Michigan State 85-76 for its first Final Four trip in 56 years. Earlier Sunday, Syracuse used its zone to squeeze out top-seeded Oklahoma 63-47 in the East regional final.

Texas vs. Syracuse, Kansas vs. Marquette. Two traditionals, a blast from the past, and a rising powerhouse. Should be a good tourney. OU's loss kept it from being the Big 12 Tourney with a Warrior wildcard. "Pooooooor SooNERS!" But why was a number 1 seed visiting the defacto homecourt of Syracuse?

Marquette!
Mich. St. would never have beaten Marquette, but now it doesn't matter.
It think it will come down to Marquette and Syracuse in the Championship.
