I have NEVER stated that I am a lawyer. I am frequently ASKED if I am one, however. I am not.

Perhaps you have me confused with Amore, who is a lawyer.

Ott's notes show the dogs did NOT hit on DW's house....his notes show that he wrote DW as a suspect on 2/5 (12:40am).

Ott admits to violating the Constitution twice.

Keyser says Ott was yelling at DW, We know you did it...his notes show DW was angry and at one point yelled Bullshit!

Watkins testifys that the envelope with the CD and zip disks were hidden, not in plain view to casual observer...and he does say zip disks.

Sexually explicit material was on family room table...Victoria's Secret and Fredricks of Hollywood magazines.

Ott says DW told them about the vision, then he says they asked him if he had any ideas of what might have taken place..so DW told them that vision thing...but Keyser never mentions it in his testimony so it is just Ott saying this...so far.

They knew DW had not slept but DW said lets just get this over with..and showed them everyplace he went.

Ott admits that he never wrote down in his notes or notified anyone about the little girl being seen with DW..but he was not making it up.

That's all I can think of right now..still reading.

Correction....this was keyser that admits this...but he says some detective had told him about this but he did not inform the DA or anyone about it.

How do you know he showed them every place he went?

DW told them he was trying to think like a detective and told them that this would be a good place to dump a body.

When DW started crying in the desert and asked for a gun...the context was that Ott and Keyser had continued to tell him he was guilty, he failed the poly, they knew he did it.

DW requested an atty several times..told them he had asked for an atty for 2 days and no one's given me one.(dummy should have shut up then)

Keyser admits he knew that if a person asks for an atty and one is not given and the interrogation continues...anything that person says cannot be used in the prosecutions case in chief....but...if that person takes the stand and testifys differently than what he said during the interrogation, the info received during that interrogation can be used to impeach him.

DW was not told he was being filmed in the 6pm interrogation.

Ott and Keyser did not make the decision to put him in a hotel, higher up did....he was being surveilled at the hotel.

DW's statement...You'll get what you want..just let me talk to atty first" was in the context of him being taken for the DNA samples at 1910 hours.

Two detectives checked into hotel room 241 at the Travelodge where DW was placed..Detective Laboto, Burner and Pulsifer.

DW's statement in at 8:30am 2/6 when they went to his hotel room..."You know I cant do that"...was in response to their request that he confess....he asked them to leave the room so he could make calls to get advice....then shortly after...Feldman and Boyce showed up.

5 detectives, including Sgt Holmes were surveilling the 3 of them as they went to the coffee shop....then coffee shop was closing and they had to go to another area....they were followed by several armed plainclothesman.

Keyser does not remember being told by Boyce and Feldman to either arrest DW or let him go home...he says the only request was to Sgt Holmes that DW wanted to go home and could they take him to his vehicle.

"The only thing that must be proven is that a crime was committed."

Damn, that is scary. So why isn't Clinton in jail? (rhetorical question) :)

Geez, that's certainly different than we've been led to believe.

yet Alldredge told the judge it was out of the blue.

So, LE's either misrepresented this information to the COURT or intentionally lied. And yet, that was OK because THEY GOT THE BAD GUY, No matter what they had to do to ensure his arrest and conviction?

Doesn't anyone see the corruption of the justice system in this case?

Detective Laboto, Burner and Pulsifer.

You're joking, right?

Doesn't remember? There's a big surprise. I am shocked, shocked I tell you!

OH, so you are saying the MEDIA intentionally used that sentence out of context to misrepresent the information to the public, the jury, and mislead them about DW's guilt?

Back on the case, huh?
As vile and scummy as you admit DW is, you're still taking up for him.

I think Judge Mudd was correct in his statement about "DAMNING EVIDENCE".

The more of these released documents that we see, the following is seen:

DW has done some sexually deviant things, justifying the LE's choice of DW as a suspect.

The DAMNING EVIDENCE really applies to the obstruction of justice by the LE's involved in this case, and the Prosecutor, Judge, and DA.

You have LE's admitting to violating the constitutional rights of the accused. What more does it take?

Are you saying that no matter whether a person is really guilty , or had their rights violated or not, if they don't fit with your standards for what is acceptable, they should be killed?

Since the judge found that the LE violated DW's rights and so all of this couldn't be used in court, why were the search warrants legal? They used this info to get the search warrants.
