I don't watch Emeril much. He makes a lot of mistakes and he's sloppy, but he is popular.

The biggest problem I have with cooking, is the starting point. I can't decide if I should shop first, look at what looks good, and then decide, or go to the store with a total plan and a mission! As a chef, you can take any suggestion, and have an idea of what to do with it.....I've seen you do it. I'd love to get to that stage!
