They cost $1.82 each for less than 50, including shipping, so for 25, they'd cost $45.50...way more than I can afford.

I just got off the phone with the Welp Hatchery and they said that that is only for larger orders...like instead of 100, they'll just send 80.

One of my nephew's friend's dog, a lab, just got in pretty much trouble for eating 3 of the neighbor's chickens, which are part of a small egg laying operation in her back yard.

Idea! - Call a 4H club in town, and find out where those kids get the one or two fancy chickens they raise for the fair! - I can't figure out why it is so hard to buy just a couple of chicks...
