You know, 2J, I was thinking about your helicopter last night. If we carried out our previous plan of painting a flag on the roof, there might be a lot of special helicopter visits for you and your kids.

This just makes me want to paint one of my roof even more. Since yesterday showed that those guys are actually looking down and paying attention...... I'd like the guys from the air force here in town to be able to see my support that way.

The boys were excited, but it's like I told Steve...they almost kinda took it in stride! Once it was over with, it was like "Well, that was unusual, but life is chock full of unusual, so on we go!

I do hope they look back on their childhood with fondness. I told them they should try to remember it to tell their grandchildren. Joshua said he would, and that he would also remember to tell his grandchildren how one time I was playing my whistle in the back yard and he fell over backward in his chair.

I haven't gotten over it. I can't believe I didn't dream it.

Wn, if you do paint it on your roof, that would be so cool! I have thought about painting it on a sheet and tacking it to the roof.
