Well now, who was it that O' Riley was going to turn in to the ethics board?

Looks like Feldman was stupid like a fox on that porn thing...
Please, Judge Mudd, don't throw me into that briar patch.
There are a few chapters still to be written in this book, I think.
To: alexandria
LOL! Alexandria. O'Reily is gonna be red-faced...such a twit!

I hope they keep asking jurors about the series of notes and the timing of them on the day the death penalty was recommended.
That alone should get an appeal.

Don't forget...Ms. Brenda, Mother of the Year, is gonna be on Prime Time tonight...She's kind of porked out abit, huh?
Wasn't sad enough she couldn't go shopping at Nordstroms...huh?

Sorry about these piecemeal responses, Alexandria.
>>Throughout the trial Mudd declined defense requests to sequester the jury. Instead, he urged the panel to "self-police" to avoid reports on the case as they went about their lives.<<
Didn't the jury, themselves, ask to be sequestered when they started deliberation during the guilt phase? Didn't Mudd promise to sequester them if they wanted it?
Sometimes I wonder if Mudd was so outrageously leaning toward the prosecution just to bolster Feldman's chances of gettinga retrial on appeal. (Excuse me while I put away the foil.)

She's gone from cheap tshirts to tasteful beige suits, back to pullovers, and now, a wool suit.
She looks like she's trying to play at being a queen, but failing miserably.
I feel sorry for how flaky she's coming off as in these interviews.

The boys are experiencing stress, so she gets massages. Typical.

She's got a better bleach job. But back to Judge Mudd. The Jury couldn't be sequestered. How could they watch Nancy Grace and Court TV? Mudd knew that, sly old devil!

i think the including of the porn and the way they were used in the opning statment may well be grounds for a mistrial by causing predugical attude in jurors

Not to mention catch the daily rumors on the radio during their drive home....

The article is quite interesting. During session dealing with jury instructions, Mudd made a joke about being fodder for the appeals court. He apparently wasn't one of their favorites before this trial.

You're right, mouser.
And then Dusek drove the point home over, and over, and over, and over during closing arguments.
It was one big emotional circle, but they had to get a couple drops of dna in there for a plausible conviction.
To: pinz-n-needlez
Pinz.....
You may need to keep that foil handy as it will take quite a bit to cover all of the outrageous elements of this trial.
I pray that none of the dear people on FR ever have someone charge them with a crime they didn't commit. They will be hard pressed to find a defense lawyer after this mockery.

Court TV...Rick Roberts...Larry King. A beautiful set-up for an appeal. Wasn't there supposed to be a GAG order in there somewhere?
