This senile narcissist needs to shut up and resign in shame. I hope he is investigated for insider trading violations.

I paid good money to travel to Washington, DC for Trump’s inauguration. I voted for the man three times.

But this isn’t helpful. There are times the man commits unforced errors. Our side has no media running cover for us. We can’t look petulant. It’s off-putting.

I guess the weeks of telling people to pretend he was on the ballot didn’t count? Or the rejection of that means nothing?

Just once he needs to take responsibility for something.

Should have stopped posting when he became president. People expect a president to act presidential. Thought his renaming things was silly.

“Isn’t helpful”? I don’t believe I’ve ever in my life seen words that so perfectly demonstrate a man so completely out of touch with American voters. He is as foreign to them as an asteroid.

He’s not wrong. Republican turnout would have been much stronger if Trump was on the ballot. That’s why he said to vote like he was.

Exit polls are showing Iran War and bad economy.

I know the tempurature in the room is very bad right now. I have to say that I beleive Trump is more than ready for this result. Losing the midterms is within the expected most likely outcome and someone like Trump plans for likely events as well as unnlikely.

My opinion on the Iran is that he did not think avoidong war would have changed the outcome of this vote.If anything that created anti GOP I think the folks who lost ACA benefits, are bing forced off the SAVE student loan porgrams and those struggling with EIDL loans from covid time are really angry groups in addition to the gas prices.

I do think there are a few things he wanted from the GOP that he did not get and that the Dems will do. The GOP may even prove to be less helpful than Dems for Trump to make deals.

For a man who retook office the way he did with the preparation he had ready is not a man who is not prepared for this change in the House and Senate.

Landslide?

Highly doubtful.
Would be nice to see the forensics on who many Trump supporters stayed home.

Might he have helped?
It’s quite possible. He has in the past.

This was a triple storm.
The mid-terms are almost always a reaction or rejection of the current party in power. Secondly, the economy and most importantly inflation are NOT benefiting Trump like it did in his first term, even if it is a lot better than under Biden. Thirdly, and this could be the worst part for Trump and the future of MAGA, the leftist surge and their ability to motivate the young vote is real, and may not be a one-hit-wonder in just one mid-term election.

I tend to agree with the other posts here a little. Even if Trump is right, it’s not a good look to pump yourself up and do an celebration dance when your party just face-planted.

No, this was a total reaction to ignoring and dong the opposite of everything he campaigned on. He also talked too much all the time.

He became the problem. His lack of humility and hubris are factors.

Now, we are in the hands of the people he claimed he would save the country from.

Things are going to get better soon
Life will become more affordable. Diesel price will go down. Peace in Russia/Ukraine. Peace with Iran, and we will help rebuild it’s nuke capability. Billionaires will pay their fair share and solve the deficit. No more unfair treatment of lawbreakers. Hahahahahahahahahahahahah🤣💨

The Iran War was necessary...

The economy is fine. Why wasn't the monster inflation numbers under Biden just a blip in the media??

Of course it is going to get worse. It didn’t have to be like this.

I have been around long enough to watch this country spiral into a big shithole. Neither party is an answer. They care about their party and not the country.

George Washington was right in his final address to the nation.
