Former President George W. Bush’s brother, Neil Bush, has revealed he voted for Democratic candidate James Talarico for U.S. Senate in Texas, calling President Donald Trump's bid to overturn the 2020 election "an affront to our democratic institutions."
"I voted early today, and I voted for James Talarico for the United States Senate," the Texan businessman wrote in a post on Facebook on Tuesday in a snub to Republican candidate Ken Paxton.

According to legal documents disclosed Tuesday, Sharon Bush’s lawyers questioned Neil Bush closely about the deals, especially a contract with Grace Semiconductor Manufacturing Corp., a firm backed by Jiang Mianheng, the son of former Chinese President Jiang Zemin, that would pay him $2 million in stock over five years.
Marshall Davis Brown, lawyer for Sharon Bush, expressed bewilderment at why Grace would want Bush and at such a high price since he knew little about the semiconductor business.

Neil Bush is the prize idiot in an idiot family. He was on the board of a failed S&L that cost the taxpayers a one billion dollar bailout, Silverado. In this position, Neil Bush did double deals with the bank’s customers that were later called out by federal regulators. I remember this clown testifying before Congress and citing a new interpretation of partnership law when pressed by legislators on his partnership with them in a congressional hearing - “They were partners of mine - I wasn’t a partner of theirs”. I have never regretted voting for Ross Perot over his father; I have regretted casting any votes for his brother.
