Bail set at $4M for woman suspected in deadly Metro crash
Officials with the Los Angeles Police Department identified the suspect as 36-year-old Bailee Rios of Simi Valley. She is accused of causing a crash that left two dead and six others injured at a busy intersection in Chatsworth.

She is charged with 2 counts of murder already, so they have found some intent. I cannot seem to open ktla.com but they have quoted a witness who was at the intersection - she intentionally ran the red light at freeway speed while the bus was in the intersection on a green light. Buh-bye, LWOP.
