CLEARWATER, Fla. (WFLA) — A witness in the murder trial of plastic surgeon Dr. Tomasz Kosowski testified Tuesday that she saw him around the law firm where attorney Steven Cozzi worked before Cozzi disappeared.
Kosowski is accused of killing Cozzi, whose body has never been found. He is representing himself at trial.
The witness testified that she first noticed a man peering into the windows of Blanchard Law days before Cozzi disappeared. She said she later encountered the same man standing inside an electrical closet in the building.
According to her testimony, the man mentioned a power problem, but she said there was no outage. She told the court she thought the encounter was strange enough that she followed him outside.
She testified that she watched the man get into a Toyota Tundra she described as silver or gray with a New Jersey license plate.
The woman later identified Kosowski in the courtroom as the man she remembered seeing near the law firm.
She also testified that on the morning Cozzi disappeared, the area smelled strongly of bleach.
Detectives who took the stand Tuesday also described how investigators followed a gray Toyota Tundra through surveillance footage after Cozzi vanished.

So a man is accused of murder. Do all the men on the jury have to hang together and acquit him?
I’m having a hard time keeping up with all these white collar murders. Maybe it was always like this, but the Internet tattles to beat the band.
The news are talking about it here in Tampa... The plastic surgeon was being sue and the lawyer representing the victims was killed by someone.
