Evil is out there. But so are the signs of good.
Am I the only one who thinks that mothers shouldn’t be killing their young children?
Yet it’s happening more often and even amoral morons are championing these evil parents as victims.
Does the name Andrea Yates mean anything anymore?
In 2001, Andrea Yates drowned her five young children in the tub, and a jury acquitted her by reason of insanity.
In 2026, Lindsay Clancy strangled her three young children then tried to commit suicide. She is on trial now and her supporters are loud and idiotic.
Both of these very sick and evil women have been excused of their sins by blaming their actions on post partum syndromes and temporary insanity which made them commit these awful crimes on their innocent children.
If I was ever deluded like these women are to think that death was the best thing for their offspring, I think I would choose something like sleeping tablets or some other poison but these women chose drowning and strangulation that would make their children’s last moments of life horrific.
This is just pure evil. No excuse for this.
Just a few days ago, a judge has found Dimone Fleming not guilty by reason of insanity for the deaths of her children at a Bronx family shelter in 2022. The boys, 3-year-old Daishawn and 11-month-old Octavius, were found with multiple stab wounds in a bathtub.
Post partum syndrome is a very real factor and I recall suffering from it temporarily after one of my pregnancies, I felt that awful draining of positive pregnant hormones from my body. I was sitting on my hospital bed when it occurred which would have had a serious impact on my mood but after saying an Our Father, Three Hail Mary’s and

Post partum at the longest and many don’t go that long ends at six months.
The youngest child of Clancy was Callan and he was eight months.
I think the prosecutor should’ve brought that out, if she didn’t.
If a mother can kill her own children, then she is more of a hazard to other children as well as society and must be removed. If she needs help (one of the Clancy juror’s excuses), then she can get it in prison.
Yes, evil is growing in the world, but it is not that the devil has grown in power. His job just is a lot easier now because the love of God has grown cold in the hearts of men and women and they are more easily seduced by the Evil One who appeals to the selfish and narcissistic (even among some of those who say they profess God)—a hallmark of our times.
Yes, Mothers shouldn’t be killing their young children. But we live in a society where abortion is legal and popular. China has trash bins for babies that parents don’t want. Aztec killed 20,000 a year just for religious duties. The Lord has power over evil influences and all we have to do is say the Our Father prayer daily to defeat evil.
All these people who murder their children and those who champion them, have a date with a millstone in their future.
I couldn’t do to a dog what that woman did to her own three children
Fauci would. The underlying evil directing the lives of these people ... hard to comprehend.
Well stated.
“Evil” happens to be an old 4-letter word for the many terrible things that human beings have been responsible for and there are it’s various synonyms and antonyms. You have to call it something. IMO, these things happen not because “the devil” makes anyone do it but because they either lose enough of their humanity or they were already lost to it. We need better situational awareness to recognize the signs of somebody going off the rails of sanity and the world we live in makes it increasingly difficult to do that.
Inexplicable and horrific killings have increased significantly. Stabbings, shootings, slashing throats, burning people alive, strangers being attacked openly in the streets etc. It seems every time this happens, it is noted that the suspect had a “history of mental illness” which wraps it up with a pretty bow and we move on. The real issue is……WHY ALL THE MENTAL ILLNESS or has the criteria for being mentally ill been milked down?
