Wokism is what comes from taking the equality thesis seriously, given a background of Christian morality. If you assume that all human populations have literally the same distribution of innate ability, it follows that all group differences in outcome must be the result of environmental factors. Suppose you truly believe that African Americans and Chinese Americans would on average be equally good at math and equally likely to run afoul of the law if only they were treated the same. With the right intervention, Nigeria could become like Korea, and our inner cities could be transformed into Silicon Valleys—or at least Koreatowns. The persistence of race differences in income, IQ, education, health, crime rates, etc., almost all disfavoring blacks, triggers an increasingly hysterical effort to find and correct the environmental cause...
Both the mainstream left and right accept the empirical premise upon which wokism is based, namely, the equality thesis. Smart people are more likely to correctly determine that, given equality, wokism follows. Mainstream rightists, in contrast, supposedly believe in equality, but they fail to recognize its implications...
Mainstream conservatives are unable to effectively push back against wokism because they accept the premises—both empirical and moral—that entail it. If it were true that the races were on average psychologically equal, the best explanation for disparities would be the continued existence, or the legacy, of white racism. For this reason, intelligent people tend to choose wokism over mainstream conservatism...
There is no way to argue effectively against those who call for drastic measures to equalize group outcomes unless you can say that those outcomes reflect natural differences. Within every institution, the ratchet goes one way: toward more wokism.

Nathan Cofnas is the professor who was at the center of the Arday controversy at Cambridge. The point he makes here is that until society accepts the black-white IQ gap as innate and genetically determined then wokeness will never be defeated.
If you go to his article you will need to scroll nearly halfway down to get to the section entitled "Why Everything Goes Woke."
I still believe that intelligence can be trained, over generations.

Classification can be a useful tool but many times not. It is very artificial.
When I studied nematology we would classify them by cutting off their rear ends, smashing them on a slide and look at the patters. I often thought that would be better way to classify humans than skin color.
Sit each of us on a copier and look at the patterns.
Maybe it’s not a problem of stupidity on the right, but rather cowardice on the right.
Most of us are afraid to point out the natural differences between the races because those very differences make it dangerous to do so.
Blacks have a lower average IQ and are more prone to violence than the other races.
How do think they would react if the other races openly acknowledged that black inequality is purely genetic - and that we therefore do not accept responsibility for fixing it?
They would react with violence, of course.

You certainly need to train your thinking
The most famous and controversial book that studied IQ differences in American society is The Bell Curve by Richard Herrnstein and Charles Murray, published in 1994
Answer the question.
Then it can be un-trained too.
Ignorance and bad decision-making can certainly be trained. The same is true of knowledge and good decision-making.
And I can learn to play baseball, or to shoot trap. But I’ll never be the best in the world at it.
But just as not all have world-class athletic talent, not all have world-class intellectual talent.
And most of us are average, not world-class in anything.
And half the population is BELOW AVERAGE. (Median, for the pedants.)
But innate talents are innate ... not learned. They are not distributed (in the statistical sense of the word) equally and never will be.
It can be hard to distinguish between “what is” and “what is innate.” My view is that if you’re surrounded by dummies, you’ll probably be dim. OTOH, if the people around you are smart, you’ll likely pick up on something.
I saw a video essay which asked if science could afford any more feminization. The author showed that survey answers differed by sex when it came to valuing truth. You can’t have valid science, history, news, etc., if truth comes second or third in priority.
I remember being crushed when my father told me that I had to quit reading comic books. He told me to read a real book, of my choosing. That guidance changed my life.
