Some people don't like that terrible statistic, but who can argue, in the face of what we have seen in the last ten years, that it isn't the truth or damn close to it?

The graphic is just to make the point-there were 9 females and 3 males on that jury, and while it is posslble the sole holdout was one of the males, that is far less likely.

And if it was a woman, there were at least eight other women who had commonsense and could think it through.

Women who take offense to those statistics you listed should not take offense at them lest they be mistaken for being part of those women, who by double the numbers of men, have issues with mental illness or some diagnosis or treatment of it.

We all, on this forum know a plethora of women who don't fall into that huge percentage. They shouldn't allow themselves to be tarred by the real numbers, just like men who don't engage in violent crime don't allow themselves to be tarred by the real overwhelming percentage of violent criminals who are male.

Interesting. I suppose I'm in this statistic, since I've been called conservative many times and have manic depression.

Personally, I don't think it's the illness itself that makes some people so insane. It's their ideology. Leftism is an abandonment of rational thought and concrete concepts. It makes feelings the be-all and end-all of human intellect. Such people are ill fit to be the population of civilized society.

Take God out of the human condition and all that is left is a fallen individual without hope. No wonder so many liberals have lost their minds.

I have to disagree with you on this.

While it is true that some percentage of these afflicted women many have a previous, underlying mental illness, putting anyone in an environment where you are constantly lied to (as is done by Leftists, and this is not even up for debate) when contrasted against reality, sets up a dangerous cognitive dissonance in the brains of people, male and female, that can engender an entire host of pathologies.

And we should keep in mind that females are more likely to seek mental health care than males are.

Granted, the relatively low opinion I confess to having about many licensed people in Psychiatry, Psychology, or mental health in general, which as people should be reminded, is composed of greater than 70% females. (Which is not healthy for men, as different as men and women are.
