There is no mention of what the father needed or actually willed to happen to insure he received the needed care.

The daughter has apparently actually abandoned him to the care giver

my kids have pissed me off at times so bad I swore I’d will everything to the UNCF!! No telling if that was the case here.

The caregiver had Power of Attorney. The father wasn’t that far away. Daughter should thank the nurse for getting him the help he needed.
