Do not ask me about euthanasia. I am not interested.
I was contacted by a woman who called us on behalf of her elderly Aunt who was receiving treatment in a hospital in London Ontario.
The Aunt wanted to know if there was anything that could be done to stop the MAiD team from asking her if she wanted MAiD.
The woman told me that her Aunt was asked, if she wanted euthanasia twice, in a pretty persuasive manner, and she said NO.
The woman told me that her Aunt was very upset because the person in the bed next to her was sold euthanasia at the bedside. Her Aunt told her that the MAiD team sold euthanasia as a beautiful death and made the person in the bed next to her, who was not asking for euthanasia, fear that she would otherwise have a terrible death.
The Aunt was concerned that the MAiD team might do the same to her, when she was going through a difficult time.

I have a friend who watched his mother die of alzeimers and his father die of congestive heart failure. He says if available he will choose MAID for himself. Hes like talking to a brick wall on the subject. His mind is made up.

MAiD advocacy in Canada is truly horrifying. It is the dystopian confluence of hardcore Leftwing, Godless, nihilistic advocacy, twisted social work advocacy and corporate profiteering. MAiD advocates view it as their mission to encourage an ever broader group of people to commit suicide. What started as suicide for end-stage terminal patients has been expanded to suicide for people who happen to feel depressed on a given day. That is the corporate business model to make more profit. And there are articles about how the MAiD advocates work with the patients to create symptoms that fit into the categories that make people eligible for suicide even if they do not have them naturally. Its horrifying.
The important thing about MAiD is not only that it exists, but that it is being aggressively pushed on vulnerable people by “caregivers” following explicit government policy. Over 100,000 deaths so far. In a population of only about 41 million. Little more than California alone at 39 million. And yes they are almost all white.

I have no problems with people asking to be killed,
I remember getting the the flu. having a monster headache and muttering “Just kill me now”
of course if I had been able to buy a bottle of 222s and taken a couple I would have been totally fine.
pretty sure that is the reason Canada banned them.
