Marva Sadler, a longtime Whole Woman’s Health senior clinical director who became a key figure in the abortion provider’s expansion from Texas into New Mexico, says she has lost her job after 18 years and does not intend to return to the same line of work.
Marva Sadler relocated to Albuquerque after Whole Woman’s Health closed its Texas abortion facilities and helped establish the organization’s New Mexico operation.
In a recent public Facebook post, Sadler described losing her job as a “bad breakup,” writing:
losing my job after 18 years really was harder than I wanted to admit.”
Days later, while describing cleaning out her closet and getting rid of her medical scrubs, Sadler wrote:
I absolutely do not intend to return to work in that capacity again.”
Sadler did not identify her employer in the posts or explain the circumstances surrounding her job loss. However, an extensive public record documents her nearly two-decade career with Whole Woman’s Health and her senior role within the organization.
WHO IS MARVA SADLER? FROM TEXAS TO NEW MEXICO
Marva Sadler held significant clinical and operational responsibilities within Whole Woman’s Health for years.
In federal litigation challenging Texas Senate Bill 8, Sadler was identified as Senior Director of Clinical Services for Whole Woman’s Health and Whole Woman’s Health Alliance. Court filings stated that she oversaw clinical operations at the organizations’ Texas clinics and was personally involved in aspects of patient care.
Sadler was also present during a pivotal period for Whole Woman’s Health in Texas. In August 2021, as the state’s heartbeat law was about to take effect, Whole Woman’s Health publicly identified Sadler as its Senior Director of Clinical Services and reported that she was working at its Fort Worth facility as staff continued seeing patients ahead of the law’s midnight effective time.
Following the Supreme Court’s 2022 Dobbs decision, Whole Woman’s Health closed its Texas abortion facilities and expanded into New Mexico. The organization subsequently documented equipment and supplies from its closed Texas facilities being moved into Albuquerque and identified Sadler as its Senior Director of Clinical Services and a new Albuquerque resident.
When Whole Woman’s Health of New Mexico opened on March 23, 2023, Sadler was prominently involved in announcing the new facility. Whole Woman’s Health again identified her as Senior Director of Clinical Services and quoted her describing the Albuquerque location as the organization’s “next chapter.” The organization said more than $300,000 had been raised to establish the facility.
Independent reporting further documented Sadler’s lengthy tenure. In 2024, The Wall Street Journal reported that she had worked at Whole Woman’s Health clinics in Texas for 17 years before moving to Albuquerque and photographed her preparing a procedure room at the New Mexico facility.
Taken together, the public record shows that Sadler was not simply an employee at the Albuquerque facility. She held senior clinical responsibilities, oversaw operations in Texas, represented Whole Woman’s Health publicly and relocated to Albuquerque as the organization established its New Mexico operation.
ANNOUNCEMENT COMES ONE YEAR AFTER AFNM’S WATER REPORT
Sadler’s announcement comes approximately one year after Abortion Free New Mexico documented Whole Woman’s Health of New Mexico remaining open to arriving patients while the Albuquerque abortion facility lacked running water.
On August 16, 2025, AFNM’s team was outside the facility as part of its ongoing presence at the Albuquerque location when Water Authority personnel arrived at the property. AFNM reported that abortion patients continued entering the facility during that period. Photographs taken at the scene show Sadler and her husband working at the property while efforts were underway to get the water back on.
The incident raised questions about compliance with New Mexico facility requirements concerning safe and sanitary water and hot and cold running water.
Sadler has not publicly stated why she lost her job or whether her departure is related to conditions at the Albuquerque facility.

Sadler’s public statements do not say whether she was fired, laid off, whether her position was eliminated, or whether her departure will affect Whole Woman’s Health’s Albuquerque operations.
What is clear from the public record is that after approximately 18 years with Whole Woman’s Health—including years in senior clinical leadership and a central role in the organization’s move into New Mexico—Sadler says that chapter of her career is over.

Amen. There are two possible things you will hear:
1. Well done, good and faithful servant
2. Begone from Me, I never knew you
Certainly, everyone should examine themselves regularly. But if you’re doing that, honestly, and repenting for those faults you find, putting them before Jesus as your Lord and Savior, then you should be confident of #1 and not fear standing before your Lord.
I’m not misquoting the Scripture. It’s a more accurate translation from the Hebrew. It also means that whomever it might be has an earthly father.

So, hard to guess what your overall stance is given a tagline and a short statement, but let’s start with the tagline. Bad translation:

Two completely different words for “man” in the phrase “son of man” with two completely different meanings. The Psalm is saying that the earthly princes are just fallen sons of Adam, like everyone else. That text is NOT referring to the Messianic character identified as the Son of Man in the Old Testament. Even more to the point, you CAPITALIZE “Son of Man” here in your (mis)quote. There is not a single English translation I can find that capitalizes those. They vary between whether of not they say “son of man” or “son of Adam” but not ONE I could find has “Son of Man” following the Tetroxide translation. So, why misquote scripture? I can only assume it’s because you intend to mislead.
Now, let’s get back to whether or not to convert Jews. In his last uttered words while still incarnate on earth, as given in Acts 1:8, Jesus says, “But you will receive power when the holy Spirit comes upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, throughout Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”
Notice how He *doesn’t* say, unto the ends of the earth, but avoid Jerusalem and Judea and Samaria? Because that’s where the disciples were the START.
Now, the two most obvious guesses given the limited information I have here, is that you are simply not Christian and are trying to push an antiChristian message. Fine - this is still America. Feel free. Or - that you are a particular type of Christian Zionist who thinks that we’re supposed to leave Jews unconverted because God has a “special” plan for them. I won’t engage in the argument of whether or not that “special plan” thing even makes any sense. It’s irrelevant. Even if you’re a Christian who believes that, using that belief as an argument for NOT converting Jews is a direct contradiction of an explicit command from the King of the Jews - to Witness in Jerusalem, Judea, and Samaria.

Yeppers. Christians should be discouraging Jews from converting to Christianity and encourage them to “stay Jewish” and “become more Jewish” (i.e. become more observant of the Torah). When I see that happen it will be proof that Esau’s spiritual war against Jacob is over.

No - it says *kebar* in Daniel 7.
Ben is the normal word for son, used in the everyday meaning of the word. Bar has the additional emphasis of *enabled* son. Sons with *authority* are referred to as bar. In Psalm 7 it is explicitly “ben” which is any old son. In Daniel it is “bar” - yet you give a supposed translation that doesn’t even use the word SON in any context at all. Sorry - you’re cherry picking and misusing the text. I’m not going to even bother going through a litany of sources when you can’t even play straight with the line of text you’re misquoting.
But, please show everyone else.
We could argue all day about *who* the Son of Man is - that’s NOT the point. There is no reasonable translation of Psalm 146:3 where that refers to the Son of Man - NO MATTER WHO the Son of Man is. Therefore, you’re misquoting Scripture. From a purely debate standpoint, I don’t care *who* you think the Son of Man is - you’re misquoting Scripture in your tagline and I called you out. Fix it.
