From roughly the 8:20 mark onward in the Glenn Beck clip (“Fauci’s Newly Released Diary EXPOSES His Lies? Here Is What He Wrote…”): Glenn notes that Fauci is scheduled to testify before Congress (with Rand Paul present) and points out that the Biden pardon covers past actions from the prior ~10 years.
As a result, Fauci cannot be federally prosecuted for those covered past offenses, so he could theoretically admit to them without new legal jeopardy for the underlying conduct. Glenn’s prediction, however, is that Fauci will still plead the Fifth. He explains why this creates a problem: because the pardon already removes the risk of incrimination for the old conduct, invoking the Fifth would only make sense if it is being used to avoid a new crime (most likely perjury or false statements in the current hearing).
He expects Rand Paul to re-ask the same questions Fauci faced in prior testimony. Fauci’s earlier answers were specific; new evidence (including the diary) indicates those answers were false. Standing by the old answers or changing them under oath risks a fresh perjury charge that the pardon does not cover.
Given Fauci’s ego, Glenn doubts he will simply admit he lied previously. The practical advice from lawyers, in Glenn’s view, would therefore be to plead the Fifth—which itself would signal that the prior testimony cannot be safely repeated or defended.
The segment frames the pardon as limiting Fauci’s options and turning a potential Fifth Amendment invocation into an implicit admission of prior problems rather than a clean shield.

My dad listens to GB, I can’t stand him. I go outside with the cats when he’s on..
🚨 JUST IN: Sec. RFK Jr. just said Dr. Fauci can be prosecuted on PERJURY — DESPITE the pardon — if he lies in front of Rand Paul's committee this week
"He has immunity against all of the things that he did prior to President Biden signing or the electronic pen signing his signing or the electronic pen signing his pardon, but he could perjure himself now. There are many things that he said that we know are lies, and @RandPaul presumably is going to ask him about those things.""And if he lies again, then he could be subject to perjury prosecution."
Fauci has not faced a SINGLE ounce of credibility. We need it, badly!

My sister raves and insists he doesn’t coat himself in Cheetos powder, any more.
Of course, the guy flips flops, radically, having been Catholic and Mormon.
Expect a sudden crazy flip again, soon.
States can prosecute him even with his pardon. Federal and state crimes are separate.
I’ll only be satisfied if he vapor locks during testimony.
No one is above the law, right? Except Democrats.
And individuals can bring Civil lawsuits.....
