That is exactly what I was wondering; why do we need more gay people in Congress? To get more Democrat votes, I assume would be the right answer. Well, we already have more than enough Democrat votes screwing up the works already. More gay votes would only further obscure an already divisive issue.

So they get more rights and representation.....neither of which they deserve BTW.
I’m old enough to remember when gays said they just wanted to be left alone to live their lives.
I knew back then that was a lie and I also knew what would happen if they were allowed to thrive in normal society.
And here we are, they are now considered a protected class and the mentally ill trans people are right behind.
