It’s Colville. Way out in the far North East of Washington State, where you’re highly likely to be Indian and living in a trailer. So even a huge house has a very limited market, and the land will be cheap.
Colville … Right next to the thriving metropolis of Republic!

Colville, WA is a sawmill town about fifty miles north of Spokane.
Very close to the Canadian border.
Kettle Falls is another mill town. Except it has a river running through it to Lake Pend Orey.,ID
