The editors of the world's most prestigious medical journals are sounding the alarm, and nobody is listening.

"We have peer reviewed, high impact editors in most of the journals that are the most high impact, saying that they don't believe what is being published in those journals is trustworthy anymore."

"The BMJ, The Lancet, all of those editors have come out and said, we have a huge problem. We can't replicate this research and we actually don't even know who did the research."

"Everywhere we've looked for corruption, we've found it."

Emily Kaplan, co-founder of the Broken Science Initiative.

TRANSCRIPT BEGINS~~~

Emily Kaplan: We have peer-review, high-impact editors in most of the journals, that are the most high-impact, saying that they don't believe what is being published in those journals is trustworthy anymore, and no one cares. Now imagine if the editor of the New York Times came out and said, "I think more than 50% of what we're publishing in the New York Times is fake." Do you think that would ruffle any feathers?

But when Marcia Angell  does that, as the head of the New England Journal of Medicine, it doesn't even make the nightly news. No one is talking about it.

The BMJ, the Lancet, all of those editors have come out and said, "We have a huge problem. We can't replicate this research. We actually don't even know who did the research. In some cases, they're going back and trying to find the labs where the research has been done in Iran, or China or wherever - the lab doesn't exist.

So when I tell you that everywhere we've looked for corruption, we've found it, this is what I really want everybody to take away because it's not just health. It's literally, the corruption is penetrated everything.

Just wrote a book dealing with this.

I found the pharmaceutical industry bankrolls the…

- clinical trial scientists
- trial committees (ethics, data, etc)
- medical journals
- editors of medical journals, individually
- regulatory agencies
- those working in the agencies, individually
- biomedical research agencies
- those working in the agencies, individually
- politicians who appoint agency heads, approve budgets, etc
- vaccine injury reporting agencies
- media
- social media companies
- medical schools
- doctors & specialists
- doctors' professional associations
- patient lobby groups
- health NGOs
- government health agencies

I call it 'the chorus effect'. Everyone is paid to say the same thing.

There are parallels in other industries - war, oil, media...

“We have peer reviewed, high impact editors in most of the journals that are the most high impact, saying that they don’t believe what is being published in those journals is trustworthy anymore.”

For being such eggheads, they sure uncorked an awkward sentence.

Anywhere there is an influential institution, whether public or private, the Left will sooner or later identify it and infiltrate it, and subvert it in aid of the quest for more political power.

Yuri Bezmenov said the KGB strategy was to corrupt every institution and they’ve wildly succeeded.

"Everywhere we've looked for corruption, we've found it."

Welcome to the 21st century. Some of us have been here for awhile.

I believe that the inability to replicate results has been a problem for some time now.

I noticed someone put in the keywords for ‘Globalwarming’ or ‘ClimateChange’ . Perhaps the World’s biggest scam but not related to this article otherwise.

A link to an actual article or study would be useful.

"I think more than 50% of what we're publishing in the New York Times is fake."

50%? That's probably being very generous.

This is a massive opportunity for the Christian health care industry and associated universities.

"We have peer reviewed" = Some peer looked at it and said "Could be"

Does anyone vet the peers?

"We have a huge problem. We can't replicate this research. We actually don't even know who did the research. In some cases, they're going back and trying to find the labs where the research has been done in Iran, or China or wherever - the lab doesn't exist."

If a single muslum or ccp mainland chinese is involved it's fake, fraudulent and or a scam. Bank on it, oh and keep your hand on your wallet.

Here's what a large amount of peer reviews are based on.

Lying for profit: Lie loudly, lie often, lie while shouting and demonize any who doubt.

Lying for political power: Lie loudly, lie often, lie while shouting and demonize any who doubt.

Lying for religious reasons: Lie loudly, lie often, lie while shouting and demonize any who doubt.

Funny "Peer reviewing" covers all there of the above doesn't it?

Good post.

Btw it works the same way in a variety of other scientific fields when you start digging.

Once big science gave up on truth seeking and honest debate and discovery they became an easy target for political subversion.

Every Great Cause Begins As A Movement,
Becomes a Business,

And Eventually Degenerates Into A Racket

I forgot about that one. Eric Hoffer was brilliant.

But that trajectory can only happen in a fairly free society.

In most of the world, the transition between "Great Cause" and "A Movement" is stopped, nipped in the bud, as Barney Fife would say. So it can be argued that we're lucky to be able to observe Mr. Hoffer's clever observation play out.

“Peer review” is when the New York City Mafia reviews the analysis of the Kansas City and Dallas and New Orleans mob operations and concludes:

“Job well done.”

Our scientific research system was build in a high trust society with Christian values. Globalism and modernism has corrupted our Christian society and degraded our social trust.

Agreed—most New York Times articles have hundreds of lies—often embedded as hidden assumptions—in a single article.

Any unnamed source is toxic waste for starters.

Any study cited must be deconstructed—footnote by footnote—and almost always turns out to be a wasteland of logical fallacies and nonsense.
