James Comey and E. Jean Carroll hopefully will open wide the gates to widespread punishment for the leftist crimes of the last ten years.
Disgraced former FBI director James Comey has been indicted for posting “86 47.” The DoJ has also opened an investigation of E. Jean Carroll for lying under oath about the financial backing for her lawsuit against Donald Trump. Has the DoJ implemented Rudy Giuliani’s “broken window” strategy, or is it something much bigger?
The radicals are reacting predictably. They’ve stopped screaming, “No one is above the law.” Now they’re behaving as though their anthill just got kicked. The lefties are howling that Trump is wasting federal resources on personal vendettas — while hoping we don’t remember Merrick Garland and Jack Smith.
In spite of their protestations, the investigations noted above are vitally important. A subversive conspiracy has been underway for over a decade, with the objective to undermine our constitutional right to choose our leadership. The Comey and Carroll infractions are just the tip of that iceberg.
The conspiracy began when Donald Trump announced his candidacy in 2015. An outsider could not be allowed to jeopardize the D.C. gravy train.
Deep State conspirators at the FBI and DoJ participated in the Russian collusion hoax. It was an attempt to derail the Trump juggernaut by surveilling his campaign and casting suspicion on him prior to the election. Trump was elected anyway.
After Trump’s first election, the conspirators attempted to overturn our electoral choice. They launched a special counsel investigation (engineered by James Comey) on a fraudulent predicate. Congress piled on with two impeachment attempts, based on nothing but rumors and innuendo. But The Donald barreled ahead.
When the pandemic hit in 2020, it opened a universe of tactical options for the conspirators. They managed to drag Joey

It’s one of the more confounding things I’ve seen. I suppose this is how it is in a communist state? The government does anything it wants with no fear.
Maybe the people they want to indict haven’t yet committed the acts required? DOJ waiting until results are certified?
IIRC, judges like to say, "Too late. This election has been certified. You should have said something earlier."
Of course, judges also like to say, "You need to slow down. How can you claim fraud when the election hasn't really finished? This thing isn't even certified yet."

Yes. I haven’t seen Hilton or Pratt suing yet, so thinking not yet ready. However, since this is a primary and the general is in November, I would think it’s harder to claim too late. If GOP was smart, they file in Federal Court since the major complaint deals with mail ballots, so the USPS angle methinks keeps it out of state courts.
We’ll see. No one has been locked up.
