The 24th Jerusalem March for Pride and Tolerance on Thursday will take a new route toward the Knesset, organizers announced on Tuesday.
The Jerusalem Open House for Pride and Tolerance said the march will call for changes in public discourse and legislation on behalf of Israel’s LGBTQ+ community.
The march, held under the slogan “Demanding Change,” will depart from Sacher Park and continue toward the Rose Garden, passing near the Supreme Court and Knesset area. Organizers said the route, approved in coordination with the Jerusalem District Police, is intended to underline that the demand for equality is not symbolic, but requires action by decision-makers. March route and message
For the first time in about a decade, the Jerusalem march will not follow its traditional route, organizers said. Participants are expected to walk from Sacher Park through Rabin Road, the Supreme Court area, Yoel Sussman Street, and on to the Rose Garden.
The Jerusalem Open House said the march will focus on advancing full equality for the LGBTQ+ community, restoring a sense of security for all Israeli citizens, and promoting social and legislative change. The organization said the timing, during an election year, gives the march added civic significance.
Speakers and public figures
The closing rally at the Rose Garden will be hosted by Elad Bar-Noy and Avia Farhi, according to the organizers. Speakers are expected to include Jerusalem activist Nadav Schwartz, trans activist Nina Halevi, Jerusalem Open House chair Hadas Blomendal, and Association for Civil Rights in Israel executive director Noa Sattath.
Performers scheduled to appear include Gal De Paz, Hazeevot, Suzi Boom, and Rona Kenan at the opening stage in Sacher Park. Opposition leader Yair Lapid and MK Naama Lazimi have confirmed their attendance, while organizers said invitations were sent to all Knesset members.

Perhaps to change the name of "Tel Aviv" to Sodom or Gomorrah?
Let them march in gaza.
It’s always been a disappointment to me that Israel allows “pride” parades, glorifying a behavior and lifestyle that directly contradicts the Jewish scriptures. EXCEPT FOR relying on the scriptures for its claim to a divine origin, Israel behaves much like a modern secular state.
WIN/Gallup International: Israel one of least religious countries
https://www.jpost.com/israel-news/gallup-israel-one-of-least-religious-countries-398823
“... in Israel 65% “said that they are either not religious or convinced atheists, compared to just 30% who say that they are religious,” WIN/Gallup International reported.”
They are only “God’s Chosen” when stealing land from Christians and Muslims. Then they are atheists building gay discos and having pride parades.
They also do abortions in Israel. Yes Molech worship is very real over there. Open your eyes people. God is not mocked!
Spreading your crap aroundGOD’s city is not smart.
That’s absolutely right.
So does the whole World. And so the WRATH OF THE LAMB WILL COME!
Or Kabul, Baghdad, Riyadh, Dubai, Tehran or Karachi.
“So does the whole World.”
That’s like saying “Well everyone’s doing it so..” They should set a better example, lead the way. Yea they are leading the way to Hell!
Why is it Iran is not having one but Israel is having the “largest in the world and on the site of Sodom and Gomorrah”?
That says a lot about both countries.
I’m wondering about these Homosexual Jews; are they saying that the Almighty made a mistake?, or are they just refusing to obey his command to Multiply? which seems like disrespect, which seems like Blasphemy. It’s a bad Optic for his Chosen People.
Every inch the Israelis hold today was either bought, fought for in wars they did not start, or taken after their neighbors announced on state radio that they intended to drive every last Jew into the sea. But none of that matters to you. You have your talking point and your Bible verses and the warm, righteous glow of knowing you are on the side of the angels while the Jews are apparently on the side of Molech.
Ah yes, Molech. The ancient Canaanite god who demanded children roasted alive. You have decided that legal, regulated abortion in a country with one of the highest birth rates in the developed world is the moral equivalent of throwing infants into a bronze furnace while the priests chant. This is not analysis. This is not even bad theology. This is the kind of grotesque, pornographic slander that used to get entire Jewish communities wiped out on the strength of a rumor about Passover matzah. Abortions happen in Israel. They also happen in every other country with modern medicine and women who are not chattel. They happen in Mississippi. They happen in Ireland. They happen in the Bible Belt where the same people screaming about Molech still manage to find the clinic when it’s their own daughter. Equating the procedure with ritual child sacrifice is not a moral argument. It is a psychotic hallucination dressed up as piety.
And then the pious little coda: “God is not mocked.” No, He is not. But He has been dragged into every squalid little tribal vendetta since the beginning of time by freaks exactly like you—men who decide that the covenant only applies when it can be used as a weapon, who declare entire peoples spiritually disqualified the moment they become inconvenient, who turn scripture into a blunt instrument for settling ancient scores while pretending the hatred is coming from above. You are not defending God. You are using Him as cover for the same atavistic, zero-sum tribalism that has kept this part of the world in flames for centuries. The Jews are not “God’s Chosen” only when it suits your narrative of theft and perversion. They are the people who kept the covenant through exile, inquisition, gas chambers, and endless attempts at erasure by people who sound a great deal like you. Secular or not, dancing or not, aborting or not, they are still the same stiff-necked, inconvenient, indestructible tribe that refuses to disappear on schedule.
The real mockery is not what Israelis do in their hospitals or their nightclubs. The real mockery is what you are doing right now—reducing three thousand years of survival against overwhelming odds to a cartoon of atheist land-thieves and baby-killers because a poll made you feel clever and a verse made you feel holy. That is the desecration. That is the cheap little thrill of playing prophet from behind a keyboard with your bony wrinkled fingers while the actual world continues to be complicated, bloody, and full of people who have earned the right to exist without your theological permission.
So you are saying this world’s largest gay pride parade was promised to them 3000 years ago?
You can steal land from a muscum, not it off.
Actualy, the USA is held to the highest standard because we have the full gospel and are the ONLY Biblical Nation on Earth.
The promises to Israel are based on GOD’s faithfulness, not Israel.
Less than 2% of the population of Israel are Christian....and those 75% of those are Arab Christians.
People living in glass houses should not throw stones. Per nations: The U.S., Israel and virtually every nation on earth fails to uphold a morality that pleases God. Israel is not unique in this regard. Bottom line and my opinion: The evil in the world is leading to Messiah Yeshua sitting down on the Mt. of Olives and subsequently sitting down on David's thrown to rule and reign over this earth. In the meantime, we will continue to see light contending with darkness in this world and in this world's people.
"What then? Are we better than they? Not at all. For we have previously charged both Jews and Greeks that they are all under sin. As it is written: “There is none righteous, no, not one; 11 There is none who understands; There is none who seeks after God. 12 They have all turned aside; They have together become unprofitable; There is none who does good, no, not one.” 13 “Their throat is an open [d]tomb; With their tongues they have practiced deceit”; “The poison of asps is under their lips”; 14 “Whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness.” 15 “Their feet are swift to shed blood; 16 Destruction and misery are in their ways; 17 And the way of peace they have not known.” 18 “There is no fear of God before their eyes.” 19 Now we know that whatever the law says, it says to those who are under the law, that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become [e]guilty before God. 20 Therefore by the deeds of the law no flesh will be justified in His sight, for by the law is the knowledge of sin. God’s Righteousness Through Faith 21 But now the righteousness of God apart from the law is revealed, being witnessed by the Law and the Prophets, 22 even the righteousness of God, through faith in Jesus Christ, to all [f]and on all who believe. For there is no difference; 23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, 24 being justified [g]freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, 25 whom God set forth as a [h]propitiation by His blood, through faith, to demonstrate His righteousness, because in His forbearance God had passed over the sins that were previously committed, 26 to demonstrate at the present time His righteousness, that He might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus." - Romans 3:8-26
Because Zionism is secular. Theodor Herzl, its founder, was an atheist. That is why they chose Tel Aviv as the capital over Jerusalem.
I’ve been to Tel Aviv and San Francisco, and Tel Aviv can’t hold a candle to that.
I know of one (1) totally gay venue in Tel Aviv on Ben Yahuda. I’ve been all over that city walking from Haifa way up beyond the river, and out to the train station. That’s it. One (1) noticeably gay establishment.
San Fran? Back in the 80s it was way way gayer. And the gay hasn’t gone down any.
