Maybe the Iranian Army will tire of the IRGC and eliminate them to get back to being a prosperous country.

If the Iranian army would just kill them all, many of those everyday problems would get solved. Currently the IRGC and its handpicked maimed Shiite-head is the only problem.

I think that’s the plan.

Once the mercenaries from Iraq, Afghanistan, & Pakistan that are currently doing “morality patrols” are no longer paid, they will leave. And that will leave the IRGC alone to deal with both the people and a starving Artesh (regular army).

As the blockade drains away the lifeblood of their economy, the Artesh guys will realize they can’t keep both their oaths - to the IRGC and to the country of Iran. The IRGC holds the country hostage. The only way to save ANYBODY is to eliminate the IRGC.

How many are in the Iranian Army, and how many in the IRGC?

Is there an Iranian equivalent to Col. Von Stauffenberg out there that could be able to get enough internal support to attempt a coup?
