I don’t do “sex assigned at birth.” Nothing is assigned.
I think the statement is backwards

There’s a missing negative.
“Gender assigned at birth” makes it sound like doctors randomly assign it somehow, like they pick genders out of a hat or something.
No such thing as assigned, sex is biologically determined at the time of conception.
The main argument for the sex change procedures is preventing suicide.
