I have always thought we should allow conditions on which citizens could pierce the corporate veil in tort cases to hold individuals accountable rather relying on government agencies to confront corporations as persons. Just an idea on my part without a clue as to how it would be achieved.

The entire point of incorporation for a company or business to to shield liability's and responsibility. A individual has no such protections. In days of old, the owner was held responsible for such actions.
