A Virginia school district has come under fire again after a student was allegedly caught taking photos of classmates in the bathroom.
A student believed to be transgender is reportedly being investigated at Freedom High School in the Loudoun County Public School District (LCPSD) for videotaping and photographing over 40 classmates in the bathrooms, according to local ABC affiliate WJLA.
Sources told WJLA that the issue has reportedly been occurring for three years. The outlet reported that Principal Tania Brown sent an email to parents notifying them of the incident at the end of April.
Brown added in the email that school administrators were aware of the issue and were coordinating with law enforcement to investigate.
The principal has encouraged parents of Freedom High School students to check their children's phones and have conversations about the appropriate use of technology.
The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office is investigating the issue. The Daily Mail has contacted the sheriff and the school district for additional information and comment.
The LCPSD has frequently made headlines for allowing transgender students to use the bathroom that aligns with their gender identity.
The district was among five others in northern Virginia that were at risk of losing their federal funding after the Trump administration decided that Title IX would be interpreted only based on biological sex.

The thing that never happens, keeps happening
When I was in high school most of our hijinks were designed to get our teachers to break up and laugh. We succeeded in doing so most of the time. It was a different era. Stuff like this would have given us the ick as they say nowadays.

ONLY HAD OUTHOUSES IN GRADE SCHOOL & OUR “PHONES” WERE MOUNTED ON THE WALL IN THE FARM KITCHEN.
THIS IS DEPLORABLE BEHAVIOR.
ANYONE WHO MIGHT HAVE DONE SUCH THINGS WHEN I WAS IN HIGH SCHOOL MIGHT HAVE BEEN TAKEN OUT BEHIND THE FOOTBALL FIELD & APPROPRIATELY PUNISHED
And of course it’s Loudoun County.
So they find a pervert and the reaction is to accuse all the other students of perversion.
Wife and I decided to homeschool the kids before we even had them. This was way back 20+ years ago. I just today had a great lunch with an EU citizen that I like and respect a lot, but I still got the “But they aren’t going to be socialized!!” response when I told him they were homeschooled.
I gave him two responses. First, the “socialization” in public schools today is a toxic admixture of “Animal Farm”, “On the Beach”, “Lord of the Flies”, and “Brave New World” (but with LGBTQ++ influences), accompanied by toxic teachers who breathe their poison deliberately into the minds of the students they should be teaching.
Second, my homeschooled kids had more social activities than any public school kid unless the public school kid was strong enough to seek them out. And they had me to do physical skills and shop. The wife handled marksmanship and riflery for them both, but she sucks at pistol craft, so that was daddy’s job.
Honestly, if I was going to design a homeschool curriculum, or a Xianxia martial arts sect (unfortunately without the magic wire-fighting techniques, just with actual martial arts), I’d totally do what we did with our kids.
Guys have gimmicks knowing they can be voyeurs with gimmicks.
